Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California residents and residents of several other states have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. We honor those requests as described below.

What “sale” and “sharing” mean here

“Sale” means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. When we route your application to lending partners who pay us a referral fee, that disclosure may be considered a “sale” under California and similar state laws.

“Sharing” means disclosing personal information to a third party for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising. When we share identifiers or browsing activity with ad networks to deliver tailored offers, that may be “sharing.”

How to submit your request

You can opt out using any of the following methods. Choose whichever is easiest for you, you do not need to verify your identity to submit an opt-out (we only need enough information to honor your request).

Option 2: Send the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser

If your browser sends the GPC signal, we treat that as an opt-out request automatically. Most major browsers and several extensions (Firefox, Brave, DuckDuckGo, OptMeowt) support GPC.

What happens after you opt out

Within 15 business days, we will:

Stop sharing your personal information with advertising and marketing partners for cross-context behavioral advertising
Stop routing future applications to lending partners (if you have an application in progress, this will end the matching process)
Notify the partners with whom we have shared your information in the prior 90 days and instruct them to honor your opt-out

We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right, we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality.

Important: if you have already submitted a loan application, opting out will not retract data that has already been shared with partners. To request deletion of information held by a specific partner, contact that partner directly. To request that we delete information we still hold, use our deletion request form at contact page.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission from you. We may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
